Responsibilities Include:  

  • Primary responsibility for preparing project estimates from conceptual estimates through the buyout
  • Build and maintain strong subcontractor relationships
  • Manage supplier purchase orders ensuring materials are procured timely and in accordance with project deadlines

Qualifications:  

  • Trade certification; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of estimating experience
  • Experience with estimating software; Accubid strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision on projects while taking ownership of work
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, oral and written communication skills, time management and organizational skills are required
  • Experience in design/build projects is a plus
