Our vision of the future includes a construction process that more closely matches that of industrial production. Through innovative design, planning, and scheduling, we see much of today’s field install tasks being prefabricated in a factory and delivered on site for limited field construction time and labor. That is why we continually focus on making our engineering design process more consistent and more automated to improve speed and accuracy. Our team drives the process through planning and design to maximize prefabrication as close to fully constructible drawings as we can get. In fact, we designed the SAEC Difference which is our proven process of quality control. We see the integration of design and construction driving the industrial prefabrication of all building systems and components.
