Mom of 2 teens, married almost 20 years, love to read, watch movies, travel and hang out with friends.


How did you learn about SAEC?

Current Managing Director Matt Spencer and I were in a lead group together.


What aspect of your role are you most looking forward to?

Connecting people and learning our strengths


What would people never guess you do in your free time?

Binge watch Netflix.


Before working at SAEC, what was the most unusual or interesting job you've ever had?

I sold small batch Australian and New Zealand wine overseas (you will see a theme here)


What's your all-time favorite movie? TV Show?

Love Actually and Bottle Shock - currently TV Hand Maids Tale and American Housewife .


What is a random fact that most may not know about you?

I lived in Guam for 2 years 2010-12.


Describe what you were like at 10 years old

Independent and outgoing (shocker) - loved to roller-skate and swim



What's your nickname?

For years it was "Dee" but not anymore.


If given a chance, who would you like to be for a day?

Oprah - she is smart, meets amazing people and has gobs of money to help people or do whatever she wants


If you could witness any historical event, what would you want to see?

The 1976 Paris wine tasting - this event put California wines on the map!


What book did you last read?

Peter Mayle's 25 Years in Provence. I'm going to France in October.


What children's character can you relate with most and why?

Alice (Alice in Wonderland) she is curious and likes an adventure, is not afraid of new things and is sure of herself.


Where is the best place you have traveled to and why?

Lots of great places, all different. Kyoto Japan for the culture, Bali - specifically Ubud - it was beautiful. Italy for food, Central California for scenery.. too hard to choose only one!


What is the weirdest thing you have on your desk?

A mini "Gumby" figurine (It is a marketing item from a GC friend)


If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

Engineering so I understand all you guys!


What have you always wanted to try but never have?

A caged Great White Shark dive off Guadalupe Island (My family are all SCUBA divers)


What is your all-time favorite restaurant?

Again too hard to choose... Phoenix has many great Pizza and Mexican restaurants and I usually gravitate towards those cuisines.
